Daniel Debski joined the firm in 2014 and opened the Bergen County office in Lodi. Daniel’s real estate passion started during college when he interned for a real estate law firm in Clifton, NJ. Today, Daniel specializes in residential and commercial Real Estate transactional and refinance law, representing first time home buyers and commercial investment clients all over NJ. Daniel and his team are able to provide legal representation to his clients in Polish and Spanish. In addition, Daniel can help with liquor license transfers, condominium conversions, zoning and planning board applications.
Daniel also handles landlord and tenant matters for the firm. He has appeared in landlord tenant court in Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Union, Morris and Sussex Counties.
