David joined CQC in January 2025. In addition to helping home buyers and sellers with their personal transactions, David also represents a wide array of investors, developers and corporate entities in all phases of sophisticated real estate acquisitions and sales. His representation consists of all phases of a real estate project – from the original acquisition, to the financing and construction and then on sales.
David takes pride in his ability to creatively help clients solve problems and enjoys guiding them and advising them through all facets of any particular transaction. David obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2006 and started his career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. From there he gained a wide array of experience in boutique law firms located throughout New Jersey.
