IOLI RING
Associate
Ioli Ring is an associate attorney practicing on the firm's Transactional Group. She focuses her practice on various residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her primary focuses are condominium conversions, financing, commercial leasing, and rent control.
Ioli obtained her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 2023. While attending law school, Ioli interned for the Honorable Jerrold Poslusny in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, as well as worked as a law clerk for CQC Law. Ioli also worked as a student attorney for the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where she represented numerous non-profit corporations.
