Matthew S. Feinbloom joined The Cherami Law Firm in 2011 and dedicates himself to the firm’s Transactional Group. Mr. Feinbloom has successfully closed over one thousand purchase and sale transactions during his career. He specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of cooperatives, condominiums, commercial buildings, houses and multi-family homes. He is also the specialist at the firm handling condominium conversions and provides general counsel to boards of directors and managers in connection with various facets of building management and operations. Other areas of specialty include Estate Planning and Landlord/Tenant court.
