MICHAEL HIGGINS

Michael Higgins is an associate with Castano, Quigley & Cherami with a specific focus on the practice areas of real estate, land use, and condominium law. Michael appears before Planning and Zoning Boards across New Jersey, including the boards of Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken and East Orange. He also regularly represents developers in Historic Preservation Commission hearings and Redevelopment Agency meetings.
Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in 2021. While attending law school Michael interned for the Hon. Mark T. Janeczko, J.S.C. Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as law clerk to the Hon. Patricia J. O’Dowd, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris Vicinage. Michael is currently admitted in New Jersey.
