As founding partner of Castano Quigley Cherami LLC, Nicholas leads the firm’s real estate practice, advising clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and complex commercial financing matters, including representation of institutional and private lenders. Drawing on broad transactional and practical experience, he develops strategic, business-focused solutions tailored to the legal and operational challenges his clients face.

 

Nicholas also brings substantial municipal and land use experience, regularly appearing before land use boards and municipal councils to secure site plan approvals, variances, redevelopment plan amendments, and tax abatements.
