From the Cherami Law Firm’s founding in 2009 to its recent expansion into Newark, Nicholas’s vision for continued growth throughout New Jersey has served the firm and its clients well. Part of that vision is the team of talented attorneys that he has worked tirelessly to bring together over the years.

As the founding partner of The Cherami Law Firm, Nicholas oversees all aspects of the law firm with a concentration on commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and complex commercial financing including private lender representation. He uses his extensive experience to create and implement practical solutions to the challenges that his clients face every day.

Nicholas also has extensive municipal experience and regularly appears before land use boards and municipal councils in order to obtain site plan approvals, variances, redevelopment plan amendments and tax abatements. Nicholas has developed a special interest for obtaining site plan and variance approvals for historically significant properties and properties within historic districts.

While attending Seton Hall School of Law School, Nicholas interned for the Honorable Dennis Cavanaugh in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
